Alvaro is the Wine Buyer for the prestigious Home House Private Club on Portman Square. Prior to this he launched Theo Randall's restaurant and served several years with Tom Aikens, Gordon Ramsay & Marcus Wareing. He started his London career with Harvey Nichols/OXO Tower.
